Bar Feeders

Fenwick And Ravi offers Bar Feeders. These are hydraulic units, ideally suited for all types of CNC turning machines (Indian and imported). These bar feeders can cover bar dia from 5 to 80 mm. They can be used for feeding bars/tubes of all profiles round, hexagon, or square. The bar length is 1.2 m/1.5 m. They are designed to go up to 7000 RPM. There are automatic bar feeders, where the bars are picked up from a magazine and fed in to the machine automatically, the end pieces being about 20 mm. They can be interfaced with all type of CNC turning centres Indian or imported like Ace, LMW, HMT, Lokesh, etc; and Takisawa, Mazak, Daewoo, Haas, DMG, etc. The total work of installation, interfacing and commissioning can be taken up on a turnkey basis. More than 500 bar feeders are working all over India. These equipments are being exported regularly to Europe, Australia, Thailand, etc.
