Modular Vise designed for precision milling, grinding and widely used with CNC and standard milling machines. It maintains its overall length in different clamping fields. It is ideal for machining centers.
- Versatile mounting positions: base, side and vertical using tombstone and different clamping fields are also possible by special attachments; the spindle with hydraulic intensifier is used for effortless clamping with the force being controlled by pre-setting the regulator
- Uni-body design is used to avoid the deflections due to heavy clamping; main body is manufactured in superior spheroidal cast iron providing it with resistance to breakage and fatigue,
- The guide ways are heat treated and ground for the movable jaw movement and to prevent any damage during machining; the vise jaws are case hardened and round.
