KGK Engineering has launched a cost-effective series of levelling screw jack assemblies suited for a variety of machine tools & general-purpose machinery.
- These Jacks eliminate the need to provide tapped holes in the machine base for levelling screws. Tapping of larger equipment bases can be very expensive.
- The Jacks allow the grouting / anchoring of the equipment. All Jacks allow Thru-Assembly anchoring of the equipment.
- The Flanged Jack versions allow for side grouting. A Set Screw is provided in each Jack to lock the levelled position. All the Jacks have a Spherical Equipment Seating Pad to compensate for any angular variations in the floor. EZL-4 Levelling Chock are ideally suited for levelling motors, pumps& similar assemblies that need to be levelled to fixed level for easy alignment.
