CNC Turning Centres

PMT Machines Limited offers CNC Turning Centres. The turning centres range from diameter 135 mm to 300 mm and length from 200 to 1000 mm. The Supercut model comes with a foot print of 3.2 sq.m consisting of a heavy rigid cast base, the beds have integral slides hardened and ground and a spindle with precision matched pair angular contact bearings in front and roller bearings on the rear to take maximum cutting load. Axes motors are directly coupled to the servomotors for high rapid and accurate positioning. All axis are checked for positioning and repeatability as per VDI/DGQ 3441 standard before being delivered to the customers.
