CNC Turning Centres

PMT Machines offers a CNC Turning Centre, Supercut. It comes with a foot print of 3.2 m2 consisting of a heavy rigid cast base. The beds have integral slides hardened and ground and a spindle with precision matched pair angular contact bearings in front and roller bearings on the rear to take maximum cutting load. Axes motors are directly coupled to the servo motors for high rapid and accurate positioning. All axes are checked for positioning and repeatability as per VDI/DGQ 3441 standard.
