Accurate Machine Tools offers Cnc Turning Centres. Accurate Preci-Turn EN Series heavy-duty straight bed CNC turning centres are specially designed for long shaft type and bigger diameter of jobs. Heavy-duty construction of the machine is the key feature of the machine to turn a job very precisely with shortest machining time for a long period. Spindle is mounted on super precision angular contact bearings at both the ends. Spindle and headstock assembly is so designed to deliver higher accuracy as well as axial and radial stiffness. All guideways are hardened and ground, Turcite-B coated opposite slides, driven by precision heavy-duty ball screws for easy and accurate movement of slides for long life. Tool turret is available with live tool option to facilitate turning, milling and drilling on the same single set up (optional for higher versions of CNC controllers). Machine control panel (MCP) having all the controls of the machine and fixed to achieve maximum operating convenience. These machines are offered with Siemens 802-S/802-D/810-D CNC controllers. These CNC turning centres" are available for 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 mm admit between centres, job diameter from 20 to 400 mm, spindle hole 35 to 100 mm.
