It repairs/replaces/manufactures required components, which also include pre-loading of existing ball screw or replace the same with new precision ball screws and its supporting units. Siemens, Fanuc or Fagor make single or multi axis CNC controllers, suitable to customers" requirements, are used. It also rebuilts complete electric/electronic panels and supply with world class quality components and devices, electric wiring diagrams and PLC programming data. The retrofitted machines are supplied in complete try-out condition with sample programming of any of customers" job.
