Electronica offers Job Master, an accurate, compact and rugged slant bed CNC lathe. This is suited for job-shops, turning variety of chucking and shaft jobs ideally suited for two wheeler components. The complex profiles can be machined with a high degree of repetitive accuracy and surface finish. The machine incorporates a rigid bed, spindle with angular contact ball bearings, centralized lubrication system, Fanuc AC variable speed main spindle drive, Fanuc AC servo feed drives for X- and Z-axis with precision ball screw, 8-station tool turret and 165 mm dia hydraulic chuck. The company offers some options like tooled up machine, variety of work holding devices, tool touch sensors, chip conveyors, etc. Job Master is offered with tail stock as standard accessory. However, it can be offered as a chucker for chucking jobs in which case tail stock will not be offered with the machine. Other larger capacity models are also available.
