CNC Turning Centres for Aluminium Wheels

Essenes offers CNC Turning Centres for Aluminium Wheels from Hyundai-Kia Machine. Multitasking twin spindle turning centre is provided with 7 axes. Two built-in spindles, upper turret with Y-axis and lower turret with milling tool. Balanced cutting and centre are supported by twin turret. Integrated multitasking turning centre performs the operation of a turning centre and vertical machining centre. The machine is equipped with twin spindles and tool spindle head with B-axis. The rotating tool spindle has an ATC with 22 tools capacity (43 tools option). The machine has built in motor on both spindles and robust box guide ways, ensuring complete machining of complicated parts in a single set up.
