Cnc trainer lathe

PSG CNC T110 sland bed two axis lathe, is provided with 3 HP spindle power. It is most suitable and economical machine for both production and training purpose in technical institutions with less footprint and single lifting. Machine and its components are optimised using latest design softwares. All factors responsible for keeping the machine uptime at higher percentage, are available in this machine. Hardened and ground preloaded flanged double nut, precision class ball screws are provided. Bi-directional tool turret with shortest possible indexing time is provided with OD and ID tool holders. Maintenance free, compact, AC servo motors are provided for axes. Hardened and ground alloy strip guideways are provided to get, high rapid traverse, reduced idle time and increased life. Totally enclosed, leak proof, maintenance and production friendly machine enclosure is provided. Slides and ball screw nut are oil lubricated at predetermined time interval through centralised automatic lubricating unit. All bearings used in this machine are synthetic grease lubricated for life, required no maintenance. Chip removal and coolant tank is available. Machine capacity: 110 mm dia chuck x 210 mm admit between centre x 6/8 tools bi-directional tool turret, 2.2 kW spindle drive power.
