Abhijat Equipments offers CNC lathe, Deepak 42. It is a technological revolution in CNC machine tool industry. The basic machine is having rigid headstock mounted on fabricated, stress relived machine base. Headstock has provision of fins for heat dissipation. Machine spindle is mounted in precision P4 class imported bearings for higher accuracy. Main spindle uses A42 collets operated by pneumatic cylinder to clamp bar or blank. C3 class precision ball screws operate X and Z-axis with linear guide ways. The provision of vertical slide for part off operation makes machine most ideal for bar work. Basic machine has provision of part deflector, it most suitable for cell manufacturing layout. Basic machine consist of: LM slide for X and Z axis; pneumatic collet chucking; centralise lubrication system; telescopic covers for X and Z axis; part of slide; machine lamp; coolant attachment; instruction manual; tool kit; part deflector; foot switch. CNC system: controller type - Siemens 802C/Mitsubishi E-60; number of axis: 2 nos.; manual data input; part program storage and editing; tool nose radius compensation; constant surface speed control; multiple repetitive cycles; thread cutting cycles; circular interpolation; RS 232C interface; and backlash compensation.
