Accurate Enterprise is engaged in manufacturing Easeturn series precision high speed all geared lathe machines since 1982. These all geared machines have hardened and ground bed ways, and hardened and profile ground headstock gears made from EN-353 material; hardened and ground spindle having A2-6 spindle nose, mounted on precision spindle bearings; universal feed box, Turcite-B coated carriage guideways for bed; drop worm type apron, electro-magnetic brake with foot pedal; and starting shaft and electricals. The specification range is admit between centres – 750, 1000 and 1500 mm; centre height – 200 and 250 mm; spindle speeds – 70-1600 RPM; spindle nose type – A2-6; spindle bore 55 mm; bed width – 302 mm; spindle power – 2.2 kW (3 HP)/3.7 kW (5 HP) and other specifications as per customers requirement.
