Wurster Coater Spray Gun

Siddharth air atomising spray gun is specially designed for applications where, large quantities of highly viscous liquids and pastes are required to be finely atomised to mists. This gun is available in a Full Cone pattern and operates on the principle of external mixing. By turning the air cap the spray cone can be varied from 20?-30?. Also the output and quality of atomisation can be altered from fine to coarse and vice versa by the same action and then locked in any desired position. With a special air cap the spray cone could be designed for any angle between 60?-90?. The built in auto shut off needle assembly abruptly cleans the liquid insert orifice and simultaneously prevents post dropping. The needle also consists of a spiral defector called vane, which enhances the spray performance and gives a uniform spray to the liquid on atomisation. Liquid inserts are made available with orifice sizes ranging from sizes ? 0.5-3.0 mm. Various pipe extensions are made available to extend the liquid inserts depending on process application. All individual components are available as spare parts. The precise machining of replacement parts ensures interchangeability without hampering the spray performance. Material of construction is SS316 and other internals are PTFE bushes and viton seals. The spray gun is supplied with a connection pipe assembly whose length and orientation for end connections can be made as per fitment requirements. An additional split clamp is supplied to ensure easy mounting/removing from the coater. It can be used for top and bottom entry in FBP/FBD applications, spray coating, spray drying, etc. Standard connections are 3/8?BSP inlet for liquid, 1/2"BSP inlet for atomising air and 1/4"BSP inlet for auto shut off.
