Siddharth air atomising nozzle is a unique two substance nozzle which finds its application in tablet coating, humidifying air products, FBD, tracking, light, heavy oil firing, spray coating, drying, etc. This particular design is available in a flat fan pattern and is efficiently designed to reduce compressed air consumption. Highly atomised sprays can be obtained at relatively low flow rates. This nozzle provides an independent flow of liquid atomising air and fan air. Liquid inserts are made available with orifice size ranging from Ø 0.5-2.5 mm. Both liquid and air flow rates can be controlled allowing accurate metering. This two-substance nozzle guarantees a large surface coverage. The flat jet spray can be adjusted within a range of 10° to 100° max by a single twist of the regulating screw. The precise design of an inbuilt cleaning needle facilitates in quick cleaning of the liquid nozzle outlet.
