Digital Torque Wrenches

Griphold Tools offers Digital Torque Wrench. It is the highest accuracy torque wrench available (calibrate up to 0.5%). Non-length dependent design means that the wrench remains accurate no matter where the force is applied. Patented rotary display lets the user read the LCD at any angle from any side. Features: three units of measurement: ft.-lb, in.-lb and Nm; two modes of operation: track and peak hold; superfast 2500 samples per second means that the wrench can be pulled as fast as the user wants and still retain accuracy; and quick target torque setting for Pass/Fail prompting: target torque pass/fail "zone" can be set from ±1% to ±10% of target torque value. When the torque reached by the wrench is under the target zone, a yellow light is revealed. When the torque reached by the wrench is within the target zone, a green light is shown and a buzzer (Pass). When the torque reached by the wrench is over the target zone, a red light is shown with an intermittent buzzer. Target torque is quickly set with one button and runs on standard 9 V batteries up to 50 hrs operation. 2000 ft.-lb. version comes with t-bar extensions and can be used as a torque multiplier tester/input device. RS232 and 9 V internal NiMh charging circuit with 230 V power adapter, combined options add "-P" to part number. DB9 connector and cable included with option. All wrenches are supplied in a blow moulded plastic box except 2000 ft.-lb wrench.
