Deburring Tool

Abhi Burnishing Tools offers Deburring Tool. It is used for deburring or chamfering holes front back or both sides, in one pass. It is used as hole deburring tools for mass production operation. The Burraway is a rugged tool having only a few parts. It does not require delicate adjustment or handling. Spring tension holds the cutting blade in the extended position and causes it to deburr the front side of the hole. As the feed load against the work increases to exceed the preset spring pressure, the blade retracts under feed-cutting and with the blade retracted, the tool is free to pass through the hole. Only the crowned and polished top surface of the blade contacts the inside of the hole, during passage and will not damage surfaces even as fine as 0.8 mm. As the cutting blade emerges through the back of the hole, spring tension again causes it to extend and deburr the backside on the return stroke. It is used to obtain better-quality work with faster production at low-cost.
