Auto indexing chuck

Karnataka-based Airtech auto indexing chuck has been specially developed for components requiring machining in 2/3/4/6 intersecting axis in one clamping like automotive cross valve bodies. The mechanism permits the indexing of the component during rotation, thus saving time. The indexing position control is attached to hydraulic feed unit is carried out by a simple mechanical system and four proximity switches. The chuck is most suitable for modern day high-speed CNC turning machines.
