Surface Grinding Machine

TMT Machine Tool offers Surface Grinding Machine comes with the table size of 550 x 200 mm. The distance between grinding wheel and table surface is 450 mm. This comes fitted with PLC-Touchscreen controls enabling ease of operation. The Table-feed movement (X-Axis) is on Hydraulics, while the Creep feed (Y-Axis) & Vertical feed (Z-Axis) is motorized. The Y-Axis is driven by a stepper motor enabling increment on each reversal. The Grinding wheel spindle has two pair of Super Precision Angular Contact bearings. Vertical Movement is on bearings. Longitudinal and Cross movement is on Turcite Material. Standard supply includes all electric motors, Permanent Magnetic Chuck Size 500 x 200 mm, Coolant tank arrangement, Coolant Splash Guard with set of spare grinding wheels.
