- Spring external diameter – 10 to 120 mm
- Spring length – 0 to 500 mm
- Wheel diameter – 660 OD x 150 ID x 90 W mm
- Feed plate diameter – 720 mm available in single/twin loading plate arrangement.
- Fully automatic down-feed grinding – all machine operations controlled by a imported microprocessor
- All the settings done on a single touch screen colour HMI
- Down-feed speeds (fine and coarse), loading plate speeds (fine and coarse), current settings, spark-out time (polishing time) can be set for maximising productivity achieving best quality grinding
- The settings changed during grinding cycle are in real time, i.e., the changes can be observed immediately
- This apart the HMI also has –
- a. Password for locking the settings
- b. Display of errors in setting, error/safety alarms, etc
- variable RPM for grinding wheels
- The vertical position of the top wheel is sensed by imported electronic linear scale
- Sturdy spindle arrangement
- Imported ball-screw, linear guideways used for vertical movement of grinding wheels
- Geared motors of Bonfiglioli or equivalent make
- Bolt-on type grinding wheels
- Sturdy dresser assembly for smooth dressing with motorized vertical movement
- Motorised vertical movement of bottom grinding wheel
- Motorised vertical movement of the front guard
- Front guard vertical movement on linear guide-ways mounted on machine base externally
- Geared motors are lubricated for life where as proper lubricating arrangements are provided for all sliding/moving parts
- Through hardened and ground wear plates.
