Acumac Machine Tools offers precision grinding spindles for special applications. These are offered as replacement spindles on any of the important and indigenous machines. They also employ angular contact bearings in precision grade ABEC 7/9 quality with either lifetime grease or oil mist lubrication. All rotating components are dynamically balanced on Schenck machines and accuracy tests satisfy DIN 8637. The company also manufactures extra-long spindles to grind deep bores, which are beyond the reach of standard spindles. It specialises in the manufacture of CNC, conventional and hydraulic internal and face grinding applications. It has supplied machines to MICO, DLW, ammunition factory at Khadki, etc.
