It offers various ranges of spindles to suit different requirements: 1) Internal grinding spindles for all machines indigenous or imported, like: Fortuna; Bryant; Izumi; Red Head; UVA; Jung; Heald; Overbeck; WMW; Voumard; Bahmuller; Cincinnatti; Norton; Schaud; Buderus; Okuma; Reishauer, Normac, Reinecker; Klingelnberg; Minganti Morara; Churchill; Landis, etc; 2) High speed spindle heads for SPMs for diamond mills, drilling and milling machines, etc; 3) Vertical grinding heads for vertical turret lathes (VTL), vertical boring machines, plano-millers, vertical SPMs, and heavy repair work shops (most useful for grinding after machining, on the same setting, for better accuracy); and 4) Horizontal grinding heads for internal/external work heavy duty centre lathe, heavy-duty machine building machine shops, and heavy repair work shops (most useful for grinding after machining, on the same setting, for better accuracy). Mahnot spindles are combination of high-speed technology + grinding technology. Spindles are designed for dia up to 200 mm, length up to 1250 mm and speeds up to 100,000 RPM. The company also advises customers on spindle selection and to operate and maintain them efficiently. It offers free service of spindles for one year. Spindles are available in grease lubrication (life time) and in oil mist lubrication for higher speeds.
