GRINDING SPINDLES (PRECISION HIGH SPEED), ASI SERIES

Susangat Engineering Works offers Precision High Speed Grinding Spindles, ASI Series. These spindles are used for different types of grinding operations, ie, internal, thread, flute, surface, tool and cutter, etc. The spindles are made of selected materials, which provide long life and high dependability. It uses four super precision fibre cage bearings in matched pairs, and accurate pre-loading and calibration maintains quality and heavy-duty capability for high precision grinding operations. The spindles are dynamically balanced, assembled with special grease. Features: superb surface finish, close tolerance, quiet machine performance, long service and maintenance free spindle operations, and perfect performance even with high continuous load. Applications: different types of grinding operations - internal, thread, flat surface, tool and cutter, etc. The spindles are available with 2 standard arbours (extra arbour as specified by user, can also be produced) and with one pulley (based on motor speed 2860 RPM and motor pulley dia 220 mm).
