Susangat Engineering Works manufactures precision high speed grinding spindles that conform to international standards. These ASI Series spindles find use in different types of grinding operations like internal, thread, flute, surface, tool and cutter, etc. The spindles are made of selected material which provides long life and high dependability. They are dynamically balanced, assembled with special grease and have been proved capable enough to undergo maximum rigorous run-test. Features: superb surface finish, close tolerance, quiet machine performance, long service and maintenance free spindle operations, and perfect performance even with high continuous load. The spindles are available with 2 standard arbours (specified extra arbour can also be produced) and with one pulley (based on motor speed 2860 RPM and motor pulley diameter 220 mm). The company also offers spindles to suit specific requirements.
