Hi-Life Machine Tools manufactures hydraulic internal grinders (conventional and NC) of high accuracy and production. Main features: auto cycle with programmable feed auto dressing with dressing compensation; work head spindle runs in precision anti-friction bearings; work head can swivel up to 30o for grinding taper bores; DC drive of work head for infinitely variable speed; shoe centreless and magnetic chucking system or diaphragm chuck; Turcite ?-B coated on slide ways; separate hydraulic and electric units, housed outside the machine; and centralised lubrication system.
