Grinding Attachment for Steel Mill Rolls (Profile Grinding)

The profile grinding attachment for steel mill rolls are low in cost yet reliable for mass production. Any profile, which is symmetric about the centerline (concave, convex, tapered or sinusoidal) is generated in a simple Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and transferred to EPROM in the control panel. No special training is necessary and operator can learn the operation in a couple of hours.
