Graveur Printing Copper Plated Rolls for Turning & Grinding Machines

The copper plated rolls used on Graveur printing machines have to be turned and ground before etching takes place on the rolls . Since this a continuous requirement in printing presses. Sharda Mechanic Works has developed a special purpose machine which can take rolls up to 300 mm diameter and between centre distance of 1100 mm approximately. The machine is equipped with one turning and two grinding heads. The work head spindle motor has a variable speed drive. The wheel head has forward and backward movement on a spring tension.
