Precision Machine Tool, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company offers a heavy-duty hydraulic Cylindrical Grinding Machine having 300 mm and 400 mm centre height, dia and 300 mm/1200 mm length job outer dia grinding. The machine is developed for straight and taper outer dia grinding, with work head and tails stock Morse taper MT-5 for heavy job. One-piece box structure design bed with adequate ribs provides stability and high rigidity. Machine guide ways of V-flat are precise hand scraped as per IS: 2368 specifications. Both the slides are hydraulically operated with fine feed devices provide for cross slide. Feed resolution is 0.002 mm on radius. Micro taper correction device is provided, and an imported infinitely variable drive for work job. The machine is tested as per international quality standards.
