Centreless Belt Grinding Machine, Heavy Duty

A range of abrasive belt grinding, polishing and buffing machines is available with Grind Tools. This includes heavy-duty centreless belt grinding machine, Model CG 450. The machine is suitable for diameters 10 to 150 mm. It has a main motor of 5 HP and the abrasive belt size 100 x 3500 mm. All the machines are equipped with sturdy abrasive belt units. The control wheel unit has a variable speed drive. The machine can be provided with dust extraction system, coolant arrangement, roller conveyor for heavy components, vibratory conveyor, and automatic loading/unloading arrangement. This is used for heavy-duty stock removal and grinding of bars, tubes, pipes and surface cleaning of bright bars, cylinders, etc.
