- Box structure design of graded cast iron for higher rigidity and better damping characteristics; machine incorporates various safety features and interlocks for safe operation; workhead – spindle rotates on anti-friction precision bearings with poly V-belt; wheel head – spindle rotates on bush type bearings and splash lubrication available both angular or straight wheel configuration;
- The infeed slide moves on anti-friction guide ways to provide stick slip free movement; and worktable – the table slides on precisely hand scrapped guide ways duly Turcite B lined with continuous
- The model is available with stepper/servo drives; optional accessories: glass scale with servo drive; three point steady rest; two point steady rest; true chuck flange; wheel balancing stand; wheel balancing arbour;
- Additional flange; magnetic separator; paper band filter; and voltage stabiliser. Specifications: grinding diameter – 5 to 250 mm; max grinding length – 300 mm; and max weight of the job between centres – 40 kg.
