Thread-Cutting Chucks

LMT Fette (India) offers Bilz – innovations for minimum lubrication of the WFLC, SCN, GNC-MMS Series. The new WFLC thread-cutting chucks are specially designed to withstand the stresses to which they are exposed during machining of iron and aluminium castings. A flat seal between the chuck and the insert prevents penetration of particulate matter into the quick-change mechanism. Narrow tolerances guarantee correct length. As in the thread-cutting chucks, stainless steel tubes are used for minimum lubrication in Thermo-Grip shrink chucks. The benefits are larger internal diameter and absence of damage risk during shortening or installation.
