J N Tools offers a range of Side and Face Cutters. There is a wide variety of side and face cutters, single angle cutters, dovetail cutters and key seat milling cutters manufactured at J N Tools. These tools are in operation for many years in a number of prominent plants, positively raising the standard of quality, reducing tool costs and increasing production. The company manufactures carbide tipped side and face cutters in following types: side and face cutters in straight flutes; side and face cutters in helical flutes either left hand or right hand helix; side and face cutters with staggered teeth having alternate left and right cutting edges; gang milling cutters for step milling operations; side and face cutters are manufactured as per IS or DIN standard; and all non standard cutters as per customers’ drawings. They have cutting edges on periphery and sides. These cutters are used for deep slotting operation on ferrous and non ferrous materials. J N Tools was founded in 1978 to manufacture custom tools. It has a number of highly precise CNC tools and cutters, CNC optical profile grinders and spark electron discharge machines in its facility. The manufacturing processes are carefully controlled by highly accurate measuring instruments. The state-of-art Italian profile projector ensures all profiles are within 0.001 mm accuracy. Strict delivery schedule is maintained by implementation of ISO 9001 – 2008 standard.
