Features of disc and hub type shaper cutter for spur gears: pitch circle dia 50 to 160 mm and module 1 to 6; quality class as per DIN-ISO-AGMA-BS; material S 6-5-2-5 or ASP-30; and bevel gear cutter for G 104-E Gleason machine. Every bar received is thoroughly tested for chemical composition, microstructure and hardenability.
