Ravik Engineers offers Fusion range of HSS Saw Blades from Kinkelder, the cutting experts from The Netherlands. These have high thermal insulation for high cutting speeds (including flying cut-off). A special multilayer coating with high thermal insulation capacity enables the Fusion saw blade to cut harder materials at high cutting speeds with spray mist coolant.

Highlights: materials – medium to high tensile strength (carbon) steel; suggested cutting speed – 100-180 m/min; parameters – feed 0.04-0.15 mm/tooth; and machines – semi-automatic, automatic, flying cut-off applications.
