HSS scalping/cylindrical cutters

Capital Tool Industries manufactures HSS scalping/cylindrical cutters in M-2 and M-35 imported high speed steel. These are used in scalping brass and copper sheets/strips. The dimensions of cutters vary from 150 mm to 200 mm dia and from 400 mm to 500 mm length as per IS and BS specifications. To achieve maximum life of cutters, these are hardened in salt-bath furnaces controlled with automatic higher accuracy pyrometers. Other products include HSS solid/inserted blade gear hobs, gear cutters, sprocket and spline hobs and all types of special and standard milling cutters.
