Gear Cutting Tools

SST has introduced Class A accuracy gear shaper cutters ranging from 1 Mod to 8 Mod and equivalent DPs. These cutters cater to various types of gearing (viz, spur, helical, involute spline, sprockets, etc). At present, the company manufactures shank, disc and hub type shaper cutters in PCDs ranging from 25 mm to 160 mm; and hobs, involute gear cutters and form relieved cutters as per customers' designs and specifications. All tools are manufactured from quality raw materials (M2 and M35 grade of HSS). The company will be shortly commencing production of gear shaving cutters. Presently it provides shaving cutter resharpening services to its customers and offers technical support to solve individual problems faced by them.
