Its manufacturing facilities (plant and machinery) are imported from Switzerland. Precision technology runs through quality assurance at every level, right from raw material to finished products. The QC department is well equipped with sophisticated testing equipment that ensures zero rejection. The present range consists of drills with a tolerance of 2 microns. It has the machinery to produce rotary tools such as square and ball nose end mill – all variety of micro drills in carbide and HSS dia ranging from 0.10 to 3.00 mm and in solid carbide up to 40 mm – reamers – routers – woodruff cutters – slitting saws – brazed carbide tool – lugged carbide tools, etc; flat cutting tools for glass and ceramic industries. These cutting tools are widely used in industries like printed circuit boards; ball pens; automobile; engineering, etc. The company also undertakes resharpening of tools as well as recoating. Future expansion programme envisages manufacturing of special form tools and designing customised tools as per the clients’ specifications.
