The company also offers all varieties of micro drills in carbide and HSS, in dia ranging from 0.10 to 3.00 mm and in solid carbide up to 40 mm – reamers, routers, woodruff cutters, slitting saws, brazed carbide tool, lugged carbide tools, etc., and flat cutting tools for glass and ceramic industries. These cutting tools are widely used in industries like, printed circuit board; ball pen; automobile; engineering. The company’s manufacturing facilities are well equipped with machinery imported from Switzerland. The precision technology is run through quality assurance at every level; right from raw material to finished products. The QC department is well equipped with sophisticated testing equipment that ensures zero rejection from customers. The present range consists of drills with a tolerance of 2 microns. Moreover, the growing customer faith is the driving force behind its future expansion programme of manufacturing special form tools and designing customized tools as per the clients’specifications. The company also undertakes resharpening of tools as well as recoating.
