Slow Speed Wire Cut EDMs

Essenes offers Slow Speed Wire Cut EDMs from Baoma. It is manufactured as per the international standards. It is available in a table size of 750 mm x 500 mm. The axes are equipped with LM guides and the worktable is of marble material, which are rust proof, erosion and distortion resistant, maintaining stability for a very long time. The maximum machining speed achieved is 180 mm2/min (diameter 0.25 mm brass wire). The surface roughness achieved is Ra = 0.7 (3 times cutting).
