Shearing Machine, Under Crank

It offers an under crank shearing machine suitable for cutting to size general purpose unalloyed, structural steel sheets up to 4 mm thickness, with high productivity. Each machine is designed to the most accurate standards of efficiency, offering outstanding operational performance and dimensional accuracy, telling on high output and dependability. Construction: all Jay Shakti guillotine shears are fabricated from IS-226 grade rolled steel plates. Table and cutting beam are deeply reinforced and finish machined after stress relieving. The interlocked design puts direct support to the frame. The frame is thus is strain free and eliminates welds at load supports, and the accuracy of the machine is never disturbed. Clutch and brake: all shears are provided with rolling key type clutch, made from alloy steel. The clutch gives continuous strokes for mass production. Brake is provided on the main shaft giving sufficient adjustment to increase the performance and accuracy. Hold down system: all shears are provided with spring loaded holding pads. All spring-loaded pads maintain a positive and uniform pressure along the full length of the work piece preventing slippage, regardless of the thickness variation. Standard supply: foot pedal, gear and wheel guard, a pair of four edge shear blade, centralised lubrication system, motor pulley, front gauge, and back gauge. Optional supply: motor starter, “V” belts, extra set of blade, foundation bolts, and stroke counter.
