Pipe Cutting Machine

The Pipe cutting machine, which is lightweight and portable is used on large field jobs as well as in a small workshop. The machine is designed with special aluminium alloy making it lightweight yet robust. The other parts of machine are made of stainless steel and special brass alloy making it rust-free. The machine is simple and easy to operate. It cuts pipes with diameter ranging from 150 mm minimum to any larger diameter, by quickly changing the length of the chain. It is operated in clockwise or anti clockwise direction from either side of the machine, and since it is operated manually, no electricity is required. This cut pipes from 5 mm to 50 mm pipe thickness, by choosing correct nozzle size. The machine cuts bevel up to 45 deg by selecting the required degree on the torch holder of the machine. The machine torch is adjusted 70 mm vertically and 200 mm horizontally along the pipe surface by rack and pinion attachments. The torch control valves and machine operating handles located nearby enable quick and easy operation. Auto pipe with plasma-cutting torch is used for cutting stainless steel and other non-ferrous pipes. A torch holder to suit existing plasma cutting torch is the optional attachment available.
