Pipe Cutting and Bevelling Machine

The Pipe Cutting and Bevelling Machine is designed with special aluminium alloy making it light weight yet robust. It provides square and bevel cuts with high accuracy. The machine is used for oxy - acetylene/LPG, or plasma applications. It is designed to be dropped on the pipe like a horse?s saddle right at the cut line, or slipped on from the end of the pipe. The one-piece solid cast aluminium saddle makes saddle super substantially resist stress, warp age and other effects of extreme heat and cold. The sturdy precision ring gear and retaining cap rings are precision machined to assure consistently straight and square rotation of the torch arm around the pipe. The pipe cutter/beveller is infinitely adjustable from 100 mm to 300 mm pipe outside diameter, it?s self-aligning clamps are operated from either side of the pipe allowing quicker set up. The machine is designed with the clutch system, which enables the operator to choose from the motorised, free, or manual operation mode of the machine. The clamping handle, operating steering as well as all electrical controls are located conveniently at one place nearby, making it the most accurate, fast and easy to operate machine for most of the pipe cutting application.
