Fine Cut Engineers offers Optical Profile Cutting Machines- Gas/plasma. The HL-90 is a state of the art facing unit and offers the users complete flexibility with total ease of operation. Photo electric tracing device (Ratio 1:1) can follow paper terplates, silhouetes or line drawings (Minimum Line Width 0.8 mm).
- The combined photocell and control unit is mounted on a sliding carriage for easy positioning
- The co-ordinate drive is effected by a long and a transverse; drive unit which are mechanically coupled and can be released for easy-positioning of the carriage by hand
- Automatic Pattern Acquisition: There is no need to draw a lead in line as the tracer can acquire the pattern automatically
- Automatic Kerf Compensation: The Kerf Compensation can be set on the scale on the tracing head and a compensation for Kerf up to 3 mm wide is possible in both directions
- Can follow Paper Templates: No need for metal templates any more. Template cut out of black paper can be put on a white sheet or even a silhouette or line drawing is good enough for the tracer
- Long and Trans drive possible without template: For positioning of the machine or for strip cutting, this feature is useful
- Automatic cut off: If the tracer loses the pattern by any chance, the movement of the machine stops immediately
