Enabling the processing of tubes and profiles, the SLT-150 from SOCO of Taiwan makes an ultimate solution for joining multiple machining processes into one system for maximum flexibility, automation and performance. Facilitating, auto bundle loading, automatic material alignment, feeding and rotation, laser cutting, and unloading, the SLT-150 features capacity of up to 152 mm outer diameter, 5 electric servo axis, cutting length up to 2000 mm, wall thickness of up to 6.4 mm (mild steel), automatic bundle loading system with material alignment, automatic unloading system with conveyor, 2.0 kW or 2.5 kW laser resonator, multi axis CNC controls with touch screen interface, CAD-CAM systems for tubes and profiles with built-in nesting and a i2 3D operating software. The SLT-150 also features an arrangement to cut round, square, rectangle and various profile shapes; has an enclosed workstation for maximum safety apart from an automatic distance control. Suitable for round tubes, square and rectangular tubes, oval tubes, L-shaped and C-shaped profiles apart from mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium materials, some of the laser processes the SLT-150 performs are, straight cutting, blanking, angle cutting, hole making, slotting, notching and drilling.
