SEC Machines offers Gas Cutting Machine, Ostrich 1300. This is used for oxy fuel cutting as well as plasma cutting. It is the only machine in market, which has the speed range from 50 mm/min to 2500 mm/min. It is designed with highly precision multiple bearings pantograph arms, this keeps the hinge points of all the arms perfectly parallel to the line of the tracing roller and the torch, thus providing an ultra accurate direct line template guiding system. This machine can be supplied with injector type nozzles or nozzle mix technology or even with Victor compatible nozzle system...all with same price. The basic system of machine enables the torch to duplicate any intricate shape provided as a template on the machine. The carriage arm consisting of a motor driven electro magnetic tracing roller that travels round the template duplicating the exact shape of the template. This is primarily meant for cutting different shapes such as stars, hexagons, squares, rectangles, circles, triangles, etc. It can also cut straight lines up to 1500 mm length. It can cut plates up to 150-mm thickness. The speed of the machine can be varied with an indexed selector knob. The tracing head can be moved in clockwise or anti clockwise direction by a selector switch.
