The machine has been designed and the system architecture done in such a manner that the CNC machine does not deviate from the basic requirements and the cost may remain at the rock bottom level. Integrated 3D modelling and structural and thermal FEA have revealed almost negligible deflections in worst operating conditions. The unique low centre of mass beam with high rigidity ensures higher accuracy. All the slides are on LM guideways for higher accuracy and repeatability. MARS machines are easy to set-up, learn and use. The PC based software is user friendly and easy to use. The integrated nesting program saves time and material. The machine is available in various sizes and ranges. Customised machines can be made as per the customers’ requirements.
