CNC Cutting Machine, Single Head

Minimatic Machines offers a single head CNC Cutting Machine. This machine is used for connecting rod cutting by single head saw cutter. The job should be smaller in dia and thickness. This machine cannot cut heavy rods. A saw cutter of 200 mm dia is required. The milling head is having gearbox drive to reduce the RPM of spindle. A 3 HP, 720 RPM motor is used, along with a timing belt drive. The machine is CNC operated. It has a servo drive and ball screw drive, for the depth is controlled by HM1 electronic unit.
