Thermal Recovery Package System

Thermal Recovery Package System (TRPS) is a turnkey solution designed and manufactured by Indo Anushka for heat recovery and condensate handling for any plant. The TRPS is designed and tailor made based on the amount and pressure of condensate available with the user. It is supplied complete with flash vessels for recovery of low pressure flash steam from condensate, interconnecting piping, steam trap systems, trap monitoring systems and pumps for pumping condensate after total recovery of heat at 100°C by using requisite pumps. In TRPS an option is available for using either electrical driven pumps or steam driven pumps based on the choice of the customer. The whole system is assembled, preinstalled and supplied on a skid and thereby is easy to install and commission at the plant level. The TRPS is an ideal kind of a consolidated solution for flash recovery and condensate return, all designed and fitted into a single package for maximum utilisation of heat from the steam used in your plant. The TRPS package is tailor made therefore sizes of components and overall dimensions are changed as per the requirement. For the feasibility of designing and installation of TRPS and affecting savings in lakhs in terms of energy conservation for plant, the company offers to undertake a free survey. Condensate recovery can save up to 10% of fuel, reduce water usage and thereby cut water treatment bills. A typical plant consuming 3.5 TPH of steam can save up to Rs 12 lakhs per year by recovering condensate.
