FORMECO units use the principle of distillation, which allows the recycling, and reuse of degreasing and washing solvents. Through this simple distillation process, they separate the contaminants (resins, polymers, pigments, paints, oil, etc.,) from original solvents. The company has solved solvents problem in over 50,000 companies worldwide. The condensed solvent is collected in a tank ready for its reuse. The characteristics (composition, purity, concentration, colour, effectiveness, etc), of the processed solvent are not altered by the process, which can be repeated indefinitely. For the first time the company has introduced its industrial range of products in India, these units of are characterised by a tilting self-cleaning boiler, equipped with scraper having adjustable metallic blades, for the highest concentration/drying of the process residues. Keeping in movement the product to be treated, complete separation between solvent and contaminants is obtained for the highest yield of distillation. An automatic drying cycle allows the residues to be extracted as a powder. Discharge is by tilting the plant.
