Pragya Equipments offers Saw Pipe Plant Equipments. These are used for specimen breaking of M.S plate as per API & ASTME. The equipments used in Saw Pipe Plant are drop weight tear tester machine, diabolic roller conveyor for transportation of saw pipes, pipe rotators, bending & folding machine [hydraulics], ultrasonic test trolley, welding boom, post bending top roll for saw pipe plant up to 56" dia, coupler, sliding carriage and wire drum rotator. The special profiled MS and rubberised roller conveyer with driven rolls and idler rolls capacity to handle single pipe. Its capacity is up to 100” dia. In pipe rotators, the set of rubberised rolls with hydraulic tilt mechanism for adjustment of various pipe diameters. It is suitable for making in conveyor line or x-ray trolley and ultrasonic trolley. The bending & folding machine has the set of top and bottom rolls for bending and die punch for folding testing of plate samples; capacity thickness is from 6mm to 25 mm. The ultrasonic test trolley has provision for pipe rotation & pipe advancing; suitable for ultrasonic testing & weld joint of saw pipe. The welding boom has double column construction with height adjustment and boom radius adjustment suitable for welding head for saw pipe. The pipe diameter is form 16" to 60".
