Octagonal Blenders, which are useful for dry mixing / lubrication of the powders in tablets, capsules, dry-syrup, etc. The design of the blender with central rectangular portion, top and bottom polygonal frustums and removable central baffles ensures efficient mixing of product. The drive unit provided with standard motor, heavy duty gear box and chain sprocket arrangement for jerk free, smooth movement.
- Charging of products is by bins or under vacuum as per customer’s requirement.
- Operating speed is less and also the power consumption.
- Safety guard is provided with limit switch so that blender can not be operated without closing it.
- Bin charging universal joint with wheel for opening / closing the butterfly valve is provided to ensure dust free charging.
- Internal parts are mirror finished while external are matt finished.
